As of 2026-05-08, PEEK has not received any of the following:

  1. A national-security letter, gag order, FISA order, or any equivalent
     compulsory legal process from any jurisdiction.
  2. A subpoena, search warrant, or court order requiring disclosure of
     account information, payment information, or technical assistance.
  3. A request from any party — public or private — to introduce a backdoor
     into our software, infrastructure, or release pipeline.
  4. A request to weaken, bypass, or otherwise compromise the cryptographic
     primitives, key management, or encryption-at-rest of any PEEK system.

We have not modified PEEK source, infrastructure, or release pipeline in
response to any pressure of the kind described above.

This statement is published every 24 hours. If the next scheduled statement
is not published within 48 hours of the time noted below, treat this canary
as withdrawn.
