By accessing or purchasing any PEEK product you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. PEEK services are sold for personal use only.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. PEEK will never ask for your password. You may not share, resell, or transfer your account to any third party.
All payments are made in cryptocurrency. All sales are final. No refunds are issued except as described in the Refund Policy. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith will result in permanent account termination. Wallet credit can only be spent in the store. It cannot be withdrawn, or transferred to another account or person, and any balance is forfeited if you delete your account; the deletion page shows the amount before you confirm.
You may not use PEEK products to harass, defraud, or harm any third party. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell any PEEK software or its components.
PEEK targets high availability but makes no uptime guarantee. Outages are compensated only as set out in the Refund Policy; downtime is not otherwise grounds for a refund.
All PEEK software, branding, and content are the exclusive property of PEEK. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
PEEK products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PEEK's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PEEK is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
PEEK reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes are announced to members, and the date at the top of this page changes with them.
Questions go through support in your member portal, which opens once your account is verified.
